GSN is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Logistics Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations
• Coordinating and monitoring the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods, keeping track product is in accurate form and has well programing records.
• Implementing operational policies and procedures - distribution to regions, mostly once per month, offices in Tbilisi once per week.
• Ensuring efficient, organized storage - defective products must be kept organized separate from normal/new ones.
• Communicating with offices (office managers), receiving the orders via mails and sending as needed.
• Communicating with transport companies.
• Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities, keep stock control system (ERP) up to date and make sure inventories are accurate- all physical product numbers must match to ERP program records.
• Making the proper purchase records in warehouse program specially for import procedures.
• Tracking the stock and advicing new order deliveries.
• Making periodical inventory descriptions (once per 6 months) at warehouse and informing about losses and mismatches.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• English - both writing and speaking skills average level is a must
• Computer skills (MS Office - Excel/Word)
• Good communication skills
• Detailed orientation and accuracy
• Excellent understanding of warehouse products
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations both physical and in warehouse program
• Ability to operate effectively
• Planning and organizing skills to effectively manage the flow of stock.
