Responsibilities:

• To upgrade and develop further customers’ potential in a professional and firm manner;
• To expand and generate business by using the potential of the provided contacts’ flow and internal databases at optimum level;
• To explore and analyze customers’ needs and apply a tailored approach for each individual case;
• To incorporate new and innovative selling techniques to ensure best possible results and increase of the sales volumes.

Requirements:

• Profound knowledge of English is a must. Additional languages will be a plus
• Previous experience at least for 6 month in working within the industry of financial markets on the same position (Retention sales representative) is a must
• Strong networking capabilities
• Team player
• Goal oriented with a healthy competitive spirit, dynamic, innovative and target driven
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and follow through
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in a growing organization
